This privacy policy describes how Little Love Harts collect, retain, use and store your information when you (whether you are a person or a business) interact with Little Love Harts via the website, booking software and mailing lists, or visit the Little Love Harts Studio for classes and courses.

Little Love Harts is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Process of personal client data is to facilitate the booking of classes and courses. Little Love Harts will not abuse your data and will do not share any data held with third parties.

Little Love Harts booking software

Your data upon booking a classes or course is stored via a secure third-party cloud software application called ‘BookWhen” whose privacy policy is available upon request. Data we collect from you for the purposes of booking classes and courses:

  • Your name
  • Your Address
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Baby’s names and dates of birth
  • Medical history for baby (to ensure no contraindications)

Little Love Harts mailing lists

Mailing lists are stored via secure third-party cloud email system ‘Mail-Chimp” whose privacy policies are available upon request. Data stored in these applications contain the following information only:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address

I will keep the number of communications sent to a minimum, and will only send you information related to the following:

  • Booking confirmations and reminders
  • Payment receipts
  • Little Love Harts Blog 
  • Offers and promotions related to Little Love Harts 

Data relating to babies 

Little Love Harts will not collect data relating to your baby without the express permission of their parent or legal guardian. I will only ever request the following information relating to baby:

  • Baby’s name
  • Date of birth
  • Medical history (to ensure no contraindications) 

Card payments and purchases

Little Love Harts do not store debit or credit card details.  If you book with via either ‘BookWhen’ or PayPal your debit or credit card details are stored via their secure third-party merchant provider systems  

Protecting your data

Your data is stored via a third-party cloud software applications who have their own security and privacy policies, copies of which are available upon request. Any internal data held is stored via cloud storage or on Little Love Harts internal system, which is password protected.

Review

Little Love Harts will periodically review the security of all records and processing activities and shall take appropriate steps to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data held.

Your data rights

Under the terms of GDPR you have rights as to how Little Love Harts holds/processes your data. You may request that Little Love Harts provide you with a copy of all personal data that is held about you. Little Love Harts will provide a copy of all information in accordance with all legal obligations and will rectify any incorrect personal data held about you upon being notified of any mistakes.

All data recording systems used by Little Love Harts require a positive opt-in before it is permitted to send you communications. 

Little Love Harts may occasionally send you communications about products or services which you have a legitimate interest in receiving. You can opt-out of these communications at any time.

Data retention

Little Love Harts will not hold your data any longer than is necessary to provide you with our services or to comply with applicable law. 

Little Love Harts will periodically review all records and remove, edit, archive or delete data which is no longer applicable to be stored in line with current guidelines. 

Little Love Harts (as all businesses) are required, by law, to retain financial information relating to its business activity for up to 7 years.
